Motorola makes it free and easy to lend a hand – even if you’re not part of a school organization. Simply hold a collection in your office or community and we'll cover the cost to send the phones back to Motorola.
If you’d like your organization to participate in Race to RecycleTM, there are two ways to get involved:
You can choose to partner directly with a school, and they’ll receive all of the funds your recycling efforts generate. Just visit the “Schools Registration” section of this site. You’ll be asked to enter the name of the school you want to work with, along with your contact information. We’ll send you a welcome kit, postage-paid boxes for shipping, and a small amount of paperwork to help us get the check out to the correct school.
If you'd like your collection to benefit schools across the country, simply download printable postage, good for up to 70 pounds, and affix it to your box of phones. The funds you raise will be divided evenly among all participating schools.
However you choose participate, you’re helping schools and keeping the environment safe. And we’re happy to help you do it.
